Second busiest airport in France is Paris Orly situated about 10 miles at the south west of Paris. Orly became the charter and low-cost airport of Paris. There are three runways, but only two in use : 06-24 and 07-25, 02-20 is out of service. The terminal is located at the west of the runways, observation desk is now out of service and you need a car to get to the spotting places around the airport.
